Join Rebekah for a transformational breathwork experience. You will be guided through unique exercises and encouraged to let go of things that no longer serve you. Inviting in somatic healing and releasing trauma and tension.
In this class you will be guided through a well-balanced practice with a focus on breath and alignment. Sam will fill the air with some good vibes to help you tune-in, get grounded, and restore yourself. Please bring a Yoga mat, or come early to borrow a loaner mat.
Come as you are, lay it all down and breathe deep to the vibrations of gongs, chimes, drums, crystal and Himalayan bowls. This soundscape will activate your parasympathetic nervous system allowing your body to relax, release and restore. This journey is medicine for mind, body & spirit.
